I am looking for a part-time optometrist to join my practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a doctor seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the chance to provide comprehensive primary eye care. I am seeking an optometrist to work one to three days per week, with scheduling tailored to the candidate's availability. Saturday coverage one to two times per month is preferred but not required, I am happy to work with the right individual to create a schedule that fits both parties. There is also potential for additional days in the future as the practice continues to grow, though additional hours are not guaranteed. Patient care is centered on comprehensive eye examinations, glasses, and contact lenses in a relaxed, patient-focused environment. The practice primarily provides routine vision care, referring most medical eye disease to local specialists. For an optometrist with an interest in expanding medical services, there is flexibility to gradually incorporate additional medical care into the practice over time. Doctors typically see 14 to 20 patients per day, allowing ample time to deliver personalized care and build lasting relationships with patients. The patient base consists primarily of adults while still providing care for families and pediatric patients. Experienced staff members handle patient workups and pretesting, allowing doctors to focus on patient care. Remote Tele-Optometry
